Choosing a registered office for an Ltd is important, since all company related mail is sent to that address. Hence it is crucial to ensure that all mail is received and stored properly from a data protection point of view. This is especially important for those Ltds that have employees or store and manage customers’ data, and such data may arrive via postal mail.

The cost of our registered office service is £10.00+VAT, if the director is residing in the UK, and £15.00+VAT if the director resides abroad.

In case you only need a registered address, and do not wish to use the monthly accounting service, fees are subject to change and are payable in a lump sum a year ahead.

Providing this service means providing a company with a registered office address, not to be confused with the address from which the company operates. Accordingly, packages and product returns will not be accepted and signed for.
